"In 2023 this wine was made from a plot of 1.5ha Cormot le Grand, before the Orches purchase mentioned in the introduction. Cool clay soils with low yields. Just 30% whole bunch vinification, instead of the typical 70%. Fullish purple, a smoky aspect from the stems, dark flowers. A light vegetal nose, alongside a fair concentration of dark berry fruit, dark cherries and plums." Drink: 2026 – 2028
