Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns can be made by bringing items to the store or postage at the customer’s expense. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind so please make your decision carefully. 

We will not accept returns on sale, discounted, or special order items. Therefore, we won't process the refund on those items. We will offer a refund or exchange if an item is significantly different from our description, for example, we packed the wrong items and delivered. In this situation, we will responsible for the refund and exchange, and the freight fee on our cost. 

For wine particularly, If a item is believed to be faulty or corked, you must keep the contents of the bottle and contact us for a resolution. Freight charges may apply on returned items. Please may sure that every vintage may vary in terms of the taste, note and flavour etc, especially for the premium wine. "It tastes different" or "It not my prefer style of wine" those reason won't qualified you the refund and won't be accepted by any chance. 

Also, We take no responsibility for any return items lost in transit. 

REFUND

The situation for considering refund only happened

  1. when we don't have your order item in stock, it might be the vintage doesn't met your required, or unable to met your quantity request, or the fulfilled order might be take longer than your expect. We will inform you by email when this situation happened, you need to make decision to go ahead or not. Once you accepted the fact of the stocking situation, then we will go ahead with your order, we won't accept any refund after you had make your decision to go ahead. If you like to cancel the order due to the stocking issue after we point out to you, we will cancel it and fully refund as soon as we notice it. 
  2. when the wine is corked, and you have to send the wine back at your own cost for investigate. You have 7 days time period to claim the corked wine after you received the items. We won't accept any claim after 7 days you received your items. Therefore, please think carefully while you purchase old vintage wine. And be aware the 7 days time period. 
  3. when it damaged on the transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours while you received the package. Also we will request to send back the damaged stock for evidence. Once everything solved, the refund will issued.

Again, we will not accept any "change my mind" , "I don't like it", "it tastes difference", "it's not my type of drink" etc reason. Please the decision you made for the order is important, think carefully.
