1. By accessing this website (www.estatecellars.com.au) / Estate Cellars is subject to the Terms & Conditions of use. you (the customer) acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any of the Terms & Conditions of use, do not access or otherwise use www.estatecellars.com.au.
2. www.estatecellars.com.au is owned and operated by Vintage W Pty Ltd (ABN 19 627 328 241) trading as Estate Cellars (“we”, “our” and “us”). Your placing of an order on this site, via Estate Cellars (our owned register name) / Cellarbrations Balwyn (banner under Metcash) or other use of the content on the www.estatecellars.com.au site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of use.
3. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or older. Estate Cellars supports the responsible service of alcohol. All sales made are subject to purchaser and recipient being of legal age to be supplied alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we confirm or reasonably suspect to not be in line with the legal drinking age of Australia.
4. The copyright of all images on this site belongs to Estate Cellars under the copyright laws of Australia, unless otherwise attributed. We do our best to ensure information, including prices, packaging, vintage and images, are accurate on this site, however we offer no guarantee as to the accuracy of information.
5. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, including regarding pricing and stock availability. Also, we reserve the rights for the pricing difference between online website and physical shop. All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars and transactions will be conducted in Australian Dollars.
6. Items showing as in-stock on this site may not be 100% guarantee the availability as it may sold out on our physical shop. In this case, we will inform you via email for delayed notice. We will try our best to fulfilled your order ASAP if we still able to get the stock from suppliers. But it will need at least extra weeks for the shipping. For all the limited release products, it will be slightly chance to get it back as quantity is limited. In this case, we will contact you via email, and arrange the refund if its occured.
7. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully. Different vintage of same brand wine may vary in terms of smell and flavour, especially for the old wine or back vintage wine. If you are not sure that you will enjoy the flavours that come with wines, we recommend you don't buy them. "you not enjoy it" or "you don't like it" don't qualified for the refund. If a product is believed to be faulty, for example corked, you must keep the contents of the bottle and contact us for a resolution. Freight charges may apply on returned items.
8. If you are super sensitive and very selective with your vintage of the wine, please check out with us before making an order. We will try our best to help with your request. However, we are not the place to help you find the rare or old vintage wine. Most of time we stock the latest vintage, or one or two years vary in between.
