is a highly celebrated, traditional Australian red wine from the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Known as a benchmark for old-vine Shiraz, it is crafted using heritage, turn-of-the-century equipment, open slate fermenters, and a gentle basket-pressing method. It is then aged for two years in seasoned French and American oak hogsheads and large vats before release
