Vinification:

Grapes are combined and vinified as whole clusters, then has 9 months in oak barrels (30% new) and 3 months in steel tanks.

This is a sharp and full-bodied wine, round at the end of the mouth also with great minerality. Energetic and crystalline wine with yeast aromas. A flinty, fresh, and vibrant wine.
