Patrick Sullivan Bullswamp Chardonnay 2023 (750ml)

In 2016 Pat and his wife Megan planted their first vines on their own property in the Strezlecki Ranges. Patrick makes wine with meticulous viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar and From 2022 Patrick has narrowed his focus to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir only. Fruit is sourced from the famous Bull swamp vineyard in Gippsland. A site with rich volcanic soils, translating to a wine with power, drive and intensity.
