An exclusive Barrel & Batch release, this Maker’s Mark Private Select bourbon was crafted using a custom stave recipe designed to draw out deeper, darker flavours from the classic wheated Kentucky whiskey.

The result is a bold, chocolate-driven expression with layers of espresso, dark fruit and warming spice. On the nose, rich milk chocolate and cocoa powder sit alongside dried baking spice, soft oak and hints of dark cherry. The palate is full and mouth-coating, delivering espresso, dark chocolate and dried fig, balanced by cherry ripe sweetness and smooth vanilla bean.

The finish is long and warming, lingering with roasted coffee, cocoa bitterness and dark fruit.

Crafted with a Private Select stave profile of 1 P2, 3 Maker’s 46, 5 Mn and 1 Sp, this release showcases a richer, more decadent side of Maker’s Mark bourbon.
