A 2015 Ben Nevis from Artist #15, matured exclusively in a sherry cask and bottled at 10 years old. It opens the Dark Side Of The Moon chapter with the distillery's generous West Highland character set against a vivid sherry-cask frame.

The nose is rich and deep, with slate, camphor, chocolate, orange zest, iris, straw, Espelette pepper, chestnut, date and elegant rancio. The palate is lively and bold, moving through cafe au lait, mango, passion fruit, quince jelly, marmalade, heather honey, lavender honey, strawberry, raspberry, rose petal and orange blossom before a silky, lightly tannic finish of dried fruit, dry leaves and spice.
