Kitajima 'The Whale of Biwa Lake' Ginjo Sake (720ml)

Named for the legend of the whale that is rumoured to inhabit Biwa Lake.

This sake has a distinctive rich and fruity flavour. Aromas of snap peas, lime zest and green melon abound with subtle hints of earthy mushroom and bran. Wheat, grain, and savoury elements on the palate support pithy green fruit and reveal a robust and moreish sake. Pair with Yakitori, Gyoza, Sashimi & Sushi, Asian Fusion and Modern Australian Cuisine.
