Kanosuke Single Malt 2026 Limited Edition Japanese Whisky 700ml | 57% ABV

This limited Kanosuke single malt takes its cue from spring on the coast at Fukiagehama. Bourbon-cask whisky finished in apple brandy casks and ex-shochu re-charred cask whisky finished in white wine casks form the key components, supported by sherry-cask whisky and a small peated element.

Nose: Orange blossom, apple peel, white grape and beach vitex.
Palate: Vanilla, yuzu paste, honey and apple brandy.
Finish: Grapefruit, apple peel and a gentle coastal note.
