Hibiki 21 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky (700ml)

The Hibiki 21 Year Old is a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, matured for at least 21 years and including some aged in rare Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks.

• Nose: Cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana, caramel, and incense aroma.
• Palate: Sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot, dark cherry, sweet caramel, with a subtle wisp of smoke and wood spice.
• Finish: A long, rich, and lingering finish with a subtle sweetness and hint of smoke.
