RATAFIA CHAMPENOIS FINISH WHISKY
Carefully selected by Gilles Dumangin, owner of Champagne Dumangin J. Fils, each of
our whiskies are finished in Ratafia Champenois barrels of our production. The Power of
Whiskey combined with Ratafia Champenois’ Velvet. Over time and his numerous visits
to distilleries, Gilles Dumangin has become a collector of the most beautiful “World
Whiskies”. Intimate, confidential or even eclectic, his most beautiful bottles come straight
from Scotland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Taiwan, India, Japan or even the United States
... Gilles loves the noblest of spirits who, like Champagne wine, is a matter of time,
knowledge, terroir and experienced know-how.

BATCH 028 BOURBON WHISKEY
CASK STRENGTH 55.2% WITH 36 % RYE

Thanks to numerous sales trip to the US, Gilles also discovers another passion for
Bourbons. Main compenent in Bourbon is corn (mini 51% for bourbon), Gilles
prefers Bourbons with an higher Rye content. He has acquired several barrels with
different content of rye to make his own blend, another Champagne Twist. Bourbon
has to be aged in new barrels for the 3st 3 years of its life in the US.
