Charles Melton The Kirche Shiraz Cabernet 2022 (750ml)

Shining ruby hue, with lovely limpidity in the glass. The bouquet in 2022 is perhaps slightly more sweetly scented than the 2021 with the Shiraz notes more prominently holding it’s own against the sometimes assertive cabernet from the Kirche vineyard. Sweet violets or plums perhaps. Excellent fine density on the palate with a poised and balanced structure but still our always evident cellar style richness to finish.
