Natural alcoholic fermentation and fermentation with indigenous grape yeasts, without the addition of sulfites or anything else. No sugar added during its production. This wine is not chilled, fined or filtered, its slight cloudiness does not alter its taste qualities in any way.

Blend:  50% Chardonnay, 50% Meunier, all in 100% Cuvée (First Press from the Press)

Dosage:  0 g/L of sugar added at disgorging
