22 Ex-Bourbon casks (5.5 Years) re-racked in to Sauternes (2.5 Years). 

100% unpeated spirit Unchill filtered Natural colour

50% ABV

Tasting notes:

Colour: Burnished Gold leaf.

Nose: Apricot jam, almond flakes, marzipan, Brioche, dried stone fruit.

Palate: Seeded bread, green peppercorn sauce, apricot, heather honey, more savoury than the nose.

Finish: Less sweet than the nose, wonderfully balanced with a dry finish
