Collection: Standish Wine

The Standish Wine Company is an elite, cult-status Australian winery based in South Australia's Barossa Valley, renowned globally for producing some of the world's most profound, single-vineyard Shiraz. Founded in 1999 by sixth-generation Barossan winemaker Dan Standish, the estate focuses on minimal-intervention winemaking that emphasizes fruit purity and site transparency—employing old, ungrafted vines, wild fermentations, basket pressing, and zero fining or filtration

The Core Flagship Collection
Each year, Standish releases exactly four single-vineyard, ultra-premium Shiraz expressions that regularly pull 98- to 100-point scores from major critics like James Suckling and The Wine Advocate

The Standish Shiraz: 100% Shiraz sourced from the Laycock Family Vineyard in Greenock (western Barossa). It is celebrated as the anchor of the lineup—massively structured, muscular, and brooding, with heavy layers of black cherry, plum, and earthy spice.

The Relic Shiraz Viognier: A blend of 98% Shiraz and 2% Viognier sourced from the century-old, ungrafted vines of the Hongell Family Vineyard in Krondorf. The touch of Viognier gives the heavy Shiraz a silkier texture and an incredibly aromatic floral lift.

The Schubert Theorem Shiraz: 100% Shiraz from Roennfeldt Road in Marananga. Named after knot theory in mathematics, this wine uniquely deconstructs different parcels of the Schubert vineyard to rebuild an exceptionally pure, balanced, and multi-layered profile

The Lamella Shiraz: 100% Shiraz sourced from the ancient, historic Stonegarden Vineyard near Springton in the Eden Valley. It highlights the higher elevation of Eden Valley, bringing finer tannins and incredible mineral focus compared to its Barossa valley floor siblings

Tiny allocation for the 2024 Vintage, only few bottles each available. While stock lasts.
