DELIVERY TIME AND PRICING

Upon acceptance of your order, our team will pick and pack your stock ASAP. If there are unforeseen delays in picking or anything unavailable at the time, we will notify you via email.

As we are very new to the online platform, we believe that we will experiencing bit of unexpected issue on the process. however, we will try our best to keep shipment as soon and as safe as possible to your hand. 

Deliveries via our freight service typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive in Metropolitan areas. Longer for interstate regional areas. However, Please allow up to 14 days as delayed might happened, and please feel free to contact us via sale@estatecellars.com.au for any delivery inquiry. 

Deliveries cost's for all orders are automatically calculated during checkout.  Please note not all products are available in store. If you wish to buy particular product or if you need it very urgently, please send us an email or call us and leave your message, and we will assist you as soon as we can. 

Current shipping rate as: any order total mount under $600 will applied with $15 freight fee. And free delivery for any order $600 and above. These prices are subject to change without notice as per our Terms & Conditions of use.

We do not currently offer any freight outside of Australia.

DAMAGED GOODS

We take time and effort to safely pack and send your goods in optimal condition. Please note that products affected by heat damage in transit are not covered by insurance, therefore, we prefer not ship orders during hot weather, and we will inform you and ask your decision. Should you wish to have your order shipped regardless of temperature, please let us know. And we have no responsibility for any damaged due to hot heat in transit.  

Although we take care to protect your goods from impact damage, occasionally items can get broken/damaged in transit. Please contact us through email in 24 hours time period after you received the damaged goods. And please don't throw the goods away, as we still need it as evidence to resend it back to us. If you didn't contact us in 24 hours (after we received the carrier company stock been delivered message), sorry to inform you that we will unable to assist you. 

SAFE DROP & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

We set "a signature is required for receipt of goods" as delivery condition with courier company. However, you may be given the option by the courier for goods to be left in a safe location. What determines a safe location is at driver’s discretion. Should no suitable location be available, the driver will not leave the goods (again, at their discretion). If you give authority for goods to be left, no responsibility will be taken for the safety of the goods after driver confirms the drop off.  

We mainly use Post Office for delivery, if your parcel waiting for collection at your local post office, It's your responsible to collect it at your earliest convenience in case it gets return. And we have no responsibility and won't refund on any request. 

 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a ‘click & collect’ service for customers wishing to pick up at our store "Estate Cellars / Cellarbrations Balwyn" Address: 397A Belmore Road. Balwyn VIC 3103

We recommend click and collect option while customer try to order big amount / big value items. Simply, It minimise the risk on delivery (damaged or lost on transit). 

We will pick your order as soon as possible, and you will receive a notification via email that your order is ready to collect. If there's items out of stock, we will send the delayed notification by email. (either from "sales@estatecellar.com.au" or "estatecellarsbalwyn@gmail.com")

Orders cannot be collected prior to the customer receiving this notification.

Our staff will require to see a copy of the email and your ID for the goods to be collected. Should someone else be collecting on your behalf, please ensure you send their details through our email sales@estatecellars.com.au. They will be required to provide ID to collect the order. For the order more than $1000 and first time customer, we might request customer to sign the pick up sheet and check the matched payment card used for the online purchase. 

We request that orders be collected from our store within 7 days. Feel free to contact us if you don’t feel you will be able to reach us within 7 days.
