Harvested about a week later than the vines around Chassagne – patience is always needed.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003e‘A definite lime green tint to the colour. Mildly reductive without hiding the fresh fruit which has a lime blossom character. Good tension here, a more compact wine than the regular Bourgogne, possibly with greater length. They lost 70% to frost, more than mildew, here.
